I. FAQs - BPO Directory, The Services Market Place;
Q 1.  What is the BPO Directory?
    BPO Directory is "The Services Market Place". It is a listing of "Service Sellers", "Service Buyers" and "Projects". It is a network of: (i) Service Sellers (ie. providers of services) who are looking to find worldwide clients for their services; (ii) Service Buyers who are looking for the right professionals; and (iii) Projects (posted by Service Buyers) which can be bid and responded to by Service Sellers.  
Q 2.  What kinds of Listings (ie. Registration) are possible?
  There are 3 types of Listing (or Registration): (i) by Service Sellers (ie. providers of services); (ii) by Service Buyers (who are looking for professionals); and (iii) Live Projects, ie. specific Projects listed by Service Buyers who are looking for the right professionals to handle them.
Q 3.  What is the procedure to List or Register?
  Service Sellers and Buyers can list themselves (and their Projects) under a specific category and can choose multiple sub-categories (upto 5) under each category. Each Listing is identified by a distinct username and will show in the appropriate Search Results. The Listers provide details of their company, their services and contact details.
Q 4.  Is Listing (ie. Registration) Free?
  Registration is absolutely Free. This means that Service Sellers and Service Buyers can list themselves and their Projects, Absolutely Free. They can also contact other Service Buyers, Sellers & Projects Free and can send their complete contact details and customised messages.
Q 5.  Is it possible to List under different categories?
  Service Sellers and Buyers can list under mulitple categories with the same username. They can also choose multiple sub-categories (upto 3) within the same category. At the time of registration, only one category can be chosen. Thereafter, you can log into your account and add your profile under different categories.
Q 6.  Is it possible to list both as a Service Seller and Service Buyer?
  Yes. It is possible to list both as a Service Seller and as a Service Buyer and also to Post Projects. A Service Seller could also be a BUYER of services and vice-versa. This can be done both at the time of registration or thereafter after log-in to your account.
Q 7.  Can I Edit my Listing, change Contact Details and Delete my Listing any time?
  Yes. This can be done after log-in to your account. You have complete freedom to control and manage your Listing.
Q 8.  How can I ensure that my Listing gets a good response and stays at the top of the Search Results?
  This is possible. Every time a Listing is Edited, it moves up and will appear right at the TOP of search results. As new listings keep getting added, your listing keeps moving Down in Search Results (which are displayed in a reverse chronological order ie. latest listings appear first). It is therefore advisable to edit your listing regularly (say, once a week) to keep it at the top to get an optimum response.
Q 9.  Is my Listing displayed instantly on input?
 

No. Every new listing is vetted by our team and activated normally within one working day. You can thereafter log-in to your account and make contacts with others.

Q 10.  What if my Listing is not activated shortly after being input?
 

In our efforts to keep our database as live and active as possible, all listings are vetted by our editorial team, to ensure compliance with our "Terms of Use" and ensure the correctness of the contact details. Hence, it is imperative that your Listing mentions the contact email id correctly. An automated confirmation is generated instantly on input (and activation) of each listing. In case you have not received the confirmation email on input of your Listing (ie. within 1-2 working days after Registration), it is possible that your email id is incorrect and your Listing has not been activated. Please get in touch with us immediately in this case, by using the "Contact Us" button.
